In 1941, Chrabolowski and Uzycki family homes and businesses at Mickiewicza 69 and 73 were still standing. They were demolished after a second wave of bombing in 1944. Wojciech Kononczuk discovered this 1941 military aerial photo in the German archives branch at Koblenz in c.2009.
